摘要:To investigate the generation mechanism of heterosis in fish hybrids,Epinephelus fuscoguttatus,Epinephelus lanceolatus and their hybrids populations were used as the objects of research,methylation-sensitive amplification polymorphism (MSAP) was used to analyze the DNA cytosine methylation of their genome.The results showed that the MSAP values of the three groups were 57.18%,63.16%,and 54.76%,respectively.The full-methylation ratios of these populations were 31.66%,39.71% and 40.00%,respectively,and the half-methylation ratios were 25.52%,23.44%,and 14.76%,respectively.Compared with their parental lines,the DNA methylation level of the hybrids was changed significantly,and at the different sites,the heterosis of the groupers should benefit from the DNA methylation and DNA demethylation.
Resistance to Antibiotic of Vibrio harveyi Strains Isolated from Mariculture in South China

摘要:In the study,the resistance to antibiotic of Vibrio harveyi isolates collected from mariculture area in South China was investigated.The antibiotic resistance profiles of 41 strains were tested with 40 common antibiotics,and the antimicrobial susceptibility data were used to analyze correlations between antibiogram and subgroup types.41 V.ha rveyi were resistant to amikacin,the resistance rate of 40 kinds of antibiotics to the strain was 4.9% ~ 100%,the multiple resistant rate of strains to 40 kinds of antibiotics was 27.5% ~95.0%,among which there are 15 strains resistant to more than 30 antibiotics.41 V.harveyi strains formed 41 antibiogram types,the isolates originating from Sanya,Wenchang,Shenzhen,Lingao,Lingshui and Zhanjiang possessed 11,11,3,3,1,12 of the antibiogram types,respectively,and all shared the type AMO/AMP/DOX/PG/AZL/AK.The isolates in 2010,2011,2012,2013,and 2015 representative antibiogram types was 4,5,5,2,and 4,respectively.The strains clustered into seven subgroups (i ~ vi) when the Squared Euclidean was 2 and each subgroup contained 9,5,9,5,2,10,and 1 kinds of antibiogram types.The tolerance dose of subgroup v was the lowest,which included 11 species,the tolerance dose of subgroup vii was the highest,which included 19 species.When the Squared Euclidean was 8,the strains were clustered into Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ,and there were significant differences in the sensitivity of the eight antibiotics MID/RIF/RT/LEV/CIP/STP/ENR/CTC/ NEO.Our results indicated that the V.harveyi strain isolates from Mariculture area in south China had serious multidrug resistance,the antibiogram of V.harveyi strains were difference,and the resistance patterns of different strains were also different.Clustering analysis is an effective method for these strains.

摘要:Two-dimensional Ag-Mn 3 O 4 /rGO composites were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method with manganese acetate, silver acetate and graphene oxide as raw materials. Three composite materials, Mn 3 O 4 /rGO, Ag/rGO and Ag-Mn 3 O 4 /rGO, were prepared under the same conditions. The morphology of the obtained composite materials was analyzed and the catalytic properties of the three composite materials were compared. Then, the electrode sheets were prepared and the battery performance and stability for long-term were monitored. The final results showed that the catalytic performance of Ag-Mn 3 O 4 and rGO co-doped composites was greatly improved. The oxygen reduction peak shifted positively by 0.15 V and the polarization current increased significantly. The battery stability was great and the open circuit voltage could reach to 1.57 V. The battery could stably work for 500 h and achieved the charging of 18650 lithium battery.

摘要:In the study,40 strains of Aeromonas veronii from Tilapia in Hainan Province were isolated and identified,and eight virulence genes and ERIC-PCR sub-typing were analyzed.The results of virulence gene detection indicated that 6 virulence genes were detected and the carrying rate of 6 virulence genes of act,alt,ast,fla,lip and hlyA was 35.0%,22.5%,27.5%,37.5%,5.0% and 15%,respectively.However,the virulence genes TapA and aerA were not detected.The results of virulence gene genotyping demonstrated that there were 13 different virulence genotypes in 40 A.veronii strains,and 15 strains carried two or more virulence genotypes,accounting for 60% of total 40 strains,9 strains carried three or more virulence genotypes,accounting for 22.5% of total 40 strains.There were 5 virulence genes in HNWC23,whose virulence genotype was act + alt + ast +hlyA + fla+.The results of ERIC-PCR sub-typing suggested that 40 strains can be divided into four clusters,18genotypes with 96% genetic similarity.

摘要:Aiming at the problems in the research methods of named entity recognition and entity relationship extraction in Chinese electronic medical records), this paper proposed an entity identification and entity relationship based on bidirectional long short-term memory and conditional random field (CRF). The method fir st used word embedding technology to convert text into numerical vector, as the input of neural network BiLSTM, combined with CRF chain structure for sequence labeling, output the maximum probability sequence, and mapping the recognition result knowledge graph by using the database tool Neo4j. Experiments show that the method can significantly improve the accuracy, recall rate and F value of entity identification and entity relationship extraction in Chinese electronic medical records. The experimental results meet the needs of clinical system applications, and have a guiding role in helping to study and construct clinical decision support systems and personalized medical recommendation services.

摘要:The conventional preamble-based channel estimation schemes for filter hank multi-carrier with offset quadrature amplitude modulation (FBMC/OQAM) systems have low estimation accuracy and the use of preamble for channel estimation decreases the system’s spectrum efficiency. This paper proposed a subspace blind channel estimation method for FBMC/OQAM systems. The proposed method distinguished itself from previously preamble based methods by utilizing spatial diversity technique to introduce data redundancy for blind channel estimation, thereby leading to high spectral utilization. Simulation results verify the efficacy of the proposed method in FBMC/OQAM systems and show that the proposed method can provide significantly root mean square error (RMSE) performance improvement than conventional preamble based methods at high SNRs.
Influence of Temperature on Synthesis of Titanate Nanomaterials and Their Removal of Cadmium (II) from Aqueous Solution.

摘要:A series of titanate nanomaterials (TNs) were synthesized hydrothermally using TiO2 nano powder and NaOH. The morphology of TNs was tuned by regulating the reaction temperature. The physical-chemical properties of the TNs, such as morphology, structure, surface area and chemical composition were characterized by TEM, XRD, BET and FTIR, respectively. Cadmium, Cd(II) adsorption properties of TNs in aqueous solutions were measured in the static system to reveal their ability to remove Cd(II). The results showed that the morphology of TNs evolved from nanosheets into nanotubes with increasing temperature. In addition, the nanotube became a nanorod as it kept growing in length. The crystal structure of TNs which were synthesized at 100 ℃ was mainly anatase phase. Its crystallinity was enhanced as the temperature increased. Upon reaching 190 ℃, the phase transformation from anatase to rutile emerged though. TNs-150 that was prepared at 150 ℃ showed the highest adsorption capacity of Cd(II) as 254.66 mg/g, while the optimum pH was 5.0. A proportion of 93% of adsorbed Cd(II) was released at acid condition (pH=1), which enabled the reuse of TNs-150. The adsorption isotherm of TNs-150 was best fitted with the Langmuir model. The kinetics of adsorption followed the pseudo-second-order model. The adsorption mechanism was mainly ion exchange between Cd(II) and Na+/H+ in TNs. In conclusion, TNs are promising materials for efficient and economical removal of cadmium ion from various aqueous waste streams.
